ABOUT

​Liz is passionate about Kundalini yoga. She believes yoga is for everyone. If you can breathe you can do yoga.
It was love at first breath when Liz experienced Kundalini yoga.
Kundalini works quickly to increase flexibility, better health and accelerated energy.
Training at the Kundalini Research Institute in New Mexico was an amazing starting point for yoga teaching. It was an opportunity to join like-minded yogis from around the globe to experience the incredible benefits of breath, postures, meditation and deep relaxation through Kundalini yoga.
Further yoga studies in stress and vitality, conscious communication, mind and meditation, yoga for post-traumatic stress disorder, children’s yoga – Radiant child and Conscious pregnancy has enriched Liz’s yoga journey.
Liz is keen to share strategies for well-being and creating internal balance with her clients.
